If you believe that content on merchavio (e.g. a product, a storefront or community content) is illegal, you can notify us electronically at: team@merchavio.com, subject: “Notice of illegal content”.

• a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal,
• the exact location (URL/link of the product or page, a screenshot if applicable),
• your name and email address (except for notices of criminal offences within the meaning of Art. 16(3) DSA, which can be made anonymously),
• a statement that you are convinced in good faith that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt of your notice, examine it promptly, diligently and in a non-arbitrary manner, and inform you of our decision (removal, blocking, restriction or rejection of the notice), including the reasons and information on the possibilities of review.

The seller concerned also receives a statement of reasons for our decision (Art. 17 DSA) and can object to it via the point of contact (internal complaint handling).

We may disregard manifestly unfounded or abusive notices after a warning.

Rights holders can report infringements of their rights through the same procedure. Please enclose proof of your rights (e.g. original source, registration certificate).
