The contracting party and therefore the addressee of the withdrawal is the respective seller named on the product page and in the order confirmation. For products labelled “MERCHAVIO”/“Merchavio Labs”, the addressee is Philippe Ramón Hamerla.

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us or the respective seller (see above; email is sufficient: team@merchavio.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you by us or the seller shall be reimbursed without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received. The same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction will be used for the reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that a digital service (e.g. community membership, SaaS access) begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. downloads, unlocked courses and ebooks), the right of withdrawal expires early if the seller has begun performance of the contract after you have

For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed and performance only began after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
The above right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. The paid merchavio seller plan is aimed exclusively at businesses; there is no consumer right of withdrawal in this respect (see Seller Terms, section 6).
