Shopspotting is Merchavio’s commission model. You recommend Merchavio as a shop system and receive 25% of the net amount (without VAT) every seller you refer pays Merchavio, from the subscription and from the fees on their sales, every month.

You get 25% of the net amount a seller pays Merchavio. Example: a seller on the Growth plan with 200 sales at €50 a month brings you about €64.75 a month. That is an example, not a promise: it depends on how many sellers you refer, how much they sell and how long they stay.

For as long as the seller pays and you take part in the programme, without a time limit. If we ever change rates, the change only applies to sellers referred afterwards. For sellers you have already referred, your conditions stay as they were.

No. Once the seller pays, your commission runs automatically, including the credit note and payout. You can, however, help your seller sell more, for example with the store, offer or marketing. When their sales grow, so does your share of the fees.

Nothing. You need a free Shopspotter account, but no shop and no plan. If you already sell on Merchavio, you can use the same email; the Shopspotter account stays separate from your shop.

Judge it by the facts: taking part costs nothing, there is nothing to buy and no fee. Commission only arises from real payments sellers make to Merchavio. The partner terms are public, and who is behind Merchavio is stated in the imprint. In your Shopspotter area you see clicks, signups, revenue and commission per month, and every payout comes with a credit note as a PDF. What you earn depends on how many sellers you refer and how long they use Merchavio.

Anyone who takes part as a business, for example as a freelancer, agency or company. We settle commission by self-billing credit note, which requires business details. What this means for your taxes is best clarified with your tax advisor.

From a balance of €50, at the earliest 30 days after the end of the month, via PayPal or SEPA transfer. You don’t write an invoice: we create the credit note automatically. The commission is a final amount; if you are liable for VAT, the credit note shows the VAT it contains.

If a seller cancels, no new commission arises from them. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed, if necessary by offsetting it against future commission.

Yes. If someone you referred becomes a Shopspotter and refers sellers, you receive an additional 5% of the net amount their sellers pay Merchavio. There are never more than two tiers, and commission only ever arises from real payments by sellers, never for recruiting Shopspotters.
