Which features are included in every plan?
Storefront, checkout, courses, community, livestreams and back-office are included in every plan. Higher plans raise limits (video traffic, storage, team seats, simultaneous live rooms) and lower the fee per sale. Advanced analytics and forecasts start with Growth, multi-currency with Scale. The AI assistant is included in every paid plan with an allowance that refills every Monday; the free trial includes a smaller allowance for the whole trial.
Where does my buyers' money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account. Merchavio does not hold customer money; the fee per sale is deducted automatically with each payment.
Is Merchavio a merchant of record?
No. You sell under your own name and charge and report VAT yourself, like any independent business. Merchavio records the amount and the buyer's country for every order and prepares the reports for your tax advisor.
Can I move from another platform?
Partly. The import reads your existing website and creates page titles and product drafts as a starting point (beta). Newsletter subscribers join with double opt-in. Courses and content you move by hand; past buyers unlock their product with a free-access code, subscribers sign up again.
Do my buyers need an app store?
No. Every store and community can be installed as a web app with your own name and icon. These are web apps, not native App Store or Google Play apps.
