Customers: every buyer and member in one list
Under Customers you see everyone who has bought from you or is a member, with lifetime value, number of orders and status. Your customer data belongs to you and can be exported at any time.
How Customers works in Merchavio
Merchavio creates a customer automatically with the first purchase. Orders are matched by email address, so the lifetime value is right even when someone buys several times.
At the top you see how many customers you have, how many members are active, how many are in a trial and how many have left.

Who owns the customer data?
You do. Merchavio is not a merchant of record: you sell under your own name, and you can export customer lists, orders and subscriptions as CSV.
