Media: all your files in one place
The media library collects every file you have uploaded anywhere in Merchavio: product images, course videos, downloads, community and email images. It is your content: download and delete it at any time.
How Media works in Merchavio
Files are sorted by where they are used and by type. At the top you see how much storage your plan includes and how much is used, plus files that are not used anywhere.

Frequently asked questions
Where are my files stored?
On servers in the EU. Course videos are also delivered through a video streaming service; the original stays in Merchavio's storage.
What does the AI badge on an image mean?
The file data of the image says it was made with AI. Your browser checks this when you upload, nothing is sent anywhere for it. When you use the image in your storefront, it is labelled "AI-generated" automatically; you can untick that in the builder.
