Home: an AI assistant for your online store
Home is the first page after you log in. At the centre is the Merchavio AI: you ask in plain words, it answers with your real figures and can take on tasks for you. Above it you see revenue, visitors and conversion for the chosen period.
How Home works in Merchavio
The AI works with the data of your store: orders, products, customers, visitors, discounts and your storefront. It does not guess; when a number is missing, it says so. Questions about how Merchavio works are answered by the help assistant, which needs no AI at all.
The AI is included in every paid plan with a monthly allowance that refills every Monday. During the free trial you get a smaller allowance for the whole trial, enough to have the AI build your storefront; after that the help assistant answers.
What you can do in Home
- Answers questions about revenue, orders, visitors and unusual changes
- Creates discount codes as a draft that you check and confirm
- Creates complete products from a few questions: a course from your uploaded videos, an e-book with its file, coaching, a membership, a bundle, a service or software, saved as a draft
- Sets up a community with areas, welcome message, rules, look and the membership that sells it
- Edits product texts, course outlines and a community’s welcome on request
- Changes product prices and crossed-out prices; you confirm first
- Builds your storefront from a few guided questions: texts, your photos and extra pages such as About me or Contact
- Changes just one thing when you ask, such as colours, fonts, images or a new page, with a live preview and without rebuilding everything
- Edits your storefront visibly in the page builder and saves it as a draft
- When there is something to do on another page, a button takes you straight there
- You decide which areas the AI may see
- Also available as a floating chat on every dashboard page

Is the AI assistant included in my plan?
Yes, in every paid plan, with a monthly allowance that refills every Monday. During the free trial you get a smaller AI allowance for the whole trial, enough to have your storefront built and try the assistant; after that the help assistant answers without AI.
Can the AI change things without asking me?
In Manual mode, important actions such as publishing a discount or changing a price show a confirmation card first. In Auto mode the AI carries them out directly and marks them as executed automatically. Actions against individual customers always need your confirmation.
