Do templates cost extra?
No. Every template is included in every Merchavio account, also during the free trial.
What happens to my current storefront?
The template lands in the builder as a draft. Your published storefront stays online unchanged until you publish the new version yourself. Before that, Merchavio saves your previous draft as a backup.
Can I change everything?
Yes. Texts, images, colours, fonts, sections and pages are all editable, just like a storefront you built yourself.
Are products included?
Some storefront templates include sample products. They are added as drafts, so nothing is for sale until you set the price and content and publish the product.
What does a community template include?
Layout, colours, categories and channels with their settings. Members, posts, events and files are not copied.
What are blocks?
Blocks are single ready-made sections, for example an intro, benefits, a process or questions. You add one to the page of your choice, it takes on your colours and fonts, and you replace the example texts with your own or let the AI adapt them.
Can I take only some pages of a template?
Yes. When you use a storefront template, you can pick single pages. They are added to your draft next to your existing pages, and your colours and fonts stay as they are.
